Install Wrist Wiggle from the App Store on your iPhone, then install it on your paired Apple Watch when prompted.

App Store
Wrist Wiggle is available on the App Store for Apple Watch.
Exiting Play Mode
In play mode, hold the visible Hold Exit control in the lower-right corner to return to the Wrist Wiggle start screen.
Wrist Wiggle cannot disable Apple Watch system buttons, system gestures, notifications, emergency features, or the side-button app switcher. To leave the app completely, use the normal Apple Watch system controls.
Troubleshooting
- Confirm the app is installed on Apple Watch.
- Open Wrist Wiggle directly on the watch.
- Try taps, drags, and the Digital Crown inside the play surface.
- If the app does not respond, close and reopen it from the watch app list.

Wrist Wiggle is designed for short, supervised parent-worn moments. It is not a teether, chewing product, safety product, medical product, or child care substitute.
